Distillation technologies and components

Distillation systems are always dimensioned to the widest range of requirements. The capacities of systems of this kind range from a few kilogrammes per hour to more than 100 tonnes per hour. They can be operated under deep vacuum or high excess pressure, at temperatures between 100K and 1000K.

 



Examples for systems to be applied are: 

- vacuum distillation
- pressure distillation or
- aroma distillation


in continuous or discontinuous operation mode as well as in single or multi-stage design

Examples of applications:

- concentration of natural products (juices, milk and others)
- concentration of extracts, acids and lyes
- solvent recovery
- aroma extraction and recovery


Separating fixtures:

- sieve trays
- bubble trays
- valve trays
- substance exchanger packages
