Materials and approval
“White materials“ are used predominantly on our production line, e.g.:- austenitic, fully austenitic steels
- ferritic and martensitic stainless steels
- pure nickel and nickel-based alloys such as Hastelloy, Incoloy, Inconel Monel
- duplex steels and Superduplex
- aluminium and alloys
Section thicknesses of 8 to 35 mm are processed in the case of the materials.
We have domestic and foreign approvals at our disposal and among others carry out production according to the pressure equipment directive, AD data sheets, Ö-standard and Stoomwezen rules and regulations.
Calculation and production is possible in accordance with the ASME-Code Section VIII Division 1. We are not, however, able to make delivery including the ASME stamp.
We have naturally also been audited and acknowledged as a qualified company in accordance with the German Water Resources Act (Article 19 WHG).
We have been EN / ISO 9001 certified since September 1996
