Thermal dimensioning

We are able to offer you appropriate thermotechnical design of the necessary apparatus for processes whereby heat is to be transferred from one medium to another. 

We have in-house production of apparatus that constitutes an optimum solution for the exchange of heat in the process areas liquid / liquid, evaporation, condensation as well as gas / liquid.

We are able to produce circular tube, flat tube and plate heat exchangers. We exclusively process stainless steels, duplex materials, nickel-based alloys and titan.

Special feature: 28-fold direction change in the tubes

A special feature in this respect is the flat tube heat exchanger. It unites the important benefits of the round tube heat exchanger with those of the plate heat exchanger. The flat tube bundle is conspicuously more favourable with reference to the loss in pressure than the round tube bundle in the case of viscous media.



Expressed in figures: at the same k value, in comparison to the round tube bundle the loss in pressure per square metre exchange area of a flat tube bundle amounts to only approx. 1/3 of the loss in pressure arising in a round tube heat exchanger.
