Ludwig Schrader steps down completely as Managing Director of the three SCHRADER companies and sells a significant number of shares to Dirk Darmst\u00e4dter and Michael L\u00fcdecke, two long-standing employees. Ludwig Schrader founds SCHRADER Anlagenbau GmbH in Eilenburg\/Saxony, which manufactures steel structures for the Ennigerloh plant and for companies in the Leipzig area. However, as the company is acting increasingly as a service provider for SCHRADER Rohrleitungsbau GmbH, the Eilenburg site is abandoned in 2001 and the installation teams are integrated into the plant engineering and pipeline manufacturing divisions.<\/div>\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t

1990\nOwing to the companies\u2019 steady growth and also to make room for future developments, a company site with an area of 45,000m\u00b2 and 12,000m\u00b2 production halls is acquired in Ennigerloh. The three companies will subsequently be merged at the new location and will, in future, operate under the names SCHRADER Verfahrenstechnik GmbH, SCHRADER Rohrleitungsbau GmbH and SCHRADER Apparatebau GmbH.\n<\/div>\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t
