calentamiento de una soluci\u00f3n qu\u00edmica con el objetivo de concentrar la fase menos vol\u00e1til mediante la evaporaci\u00f3n de la fase m\u00e1s vol\u00e1til. Las plantas de evaporaci\u00f3n de SCHRADER espesan (concentran) el extracto disuelto hasta el valor (contenido de materia seca) deseado por el cliente. La evaporaci\u00f3n se combina a menudo con la destilaci\u00f3n, en la que la fase m\u00e1s vol\u00e1til se condensa despu\u00e9s de la evaporaci\u00f3n y el condensado o destilado tambi\u00e9n se de separar los disolventes alcoh\u00f3licos. Durante la recuperaci\u00f3n de, por ejemplo, el etanol tras la extracci\u00f3n de la vainilla, la mayor parte del etanol se acumula en la fase m\u00e1s vol\u00e1til, que puede ser tratada posteriormente en la rectificaci\u00f3n. La fase vol\u00e1til m\u00e1s pesada contiene el extracto de vainilla para el cliente y solo una cantidad muy peque\u00f1a de
