t\u00e9rmico para la separaci\u00f3n de mezclas l\u00edquidas. Esto no da lugar a una separaci\u00f3n completa, sino solo a la separaci\u00f3n en dos mezclas con componentes predominantemente m\u00e1s vol\u00e1tiles y predominantemente menos vol\u00e1tiles. Los componentes m\u00e1s vol\u00e1tiles se acumulan en la fase de vapor y se separan y condensan (destilado). La destilaci\u00f3n aumenta el contenido de alcohol hasta el valor especificado por el cliente. La parte m\u00e1s vol\u00e1til se llama destilado y contiene las partes arom\u00e1ticas de la fruta unidas al disolvente alcoh\u00f3lico. Este destilado es el producto para el cliente.&nbsp; Como parte vol\u00e1til pesada, queda una soluci\u00f3n acuosa con peque\u00f1as cantidades de alcohol y aroma, que se elimina en la mayor\u00eda
