creciente competencia por el agua en el futuro y la creciente necesidad de gestionar el agua dulce de forma sostenible, el tratamiento de aguas residuales en la industria de los materiales derivados de la madera est\u00e1 cobrando cada vez m\u00e1s importancia.<\/p><p>La planta de tratamiento de aguas residuales de SCHRADER es la soluci\u00f3n \u00f3ptima, tanto desde el punto de vista ecol\u00f3gico como econ\u00f3mico, para cumplir con las normativas cada vez m\u00e1s estrictas a nivel mundial (por ejemplo, la Directiva Marco del Agua): la planta permite un tratamiento totalmente automatizado de las aguas residuales, ya que los productos generados en una etapa del proceso sirven como materia prima para otra etapa, incluso cuando los procesos individuales se desarrollan de forma separada en el tiempo o en el espacio.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-01127d9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-menu-anchor\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>En el pretratamiento mec\u00e1nico, las aguas residuales se separan de los componentes s\u00f3lidos para proteger la instalaci\u00f3n de evaporaci\u00f3n contra obstrucciones y abrasi\u00f3n, y para minimizar la formaci\u00f3n de incrustaciones.<\/p><p>La depuraci\u00f3n mec\u00e1nica previa consta de dos etapas de depuraci\u00f3n conectadas en serie: el tamiz curvo para las part\u00edculas gruesas y la centr\u00edfuga decantadora para las part\u00edculas finas. El agua procedente de la madera se conduce junto con otras aguas residuales de producci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s del tamiz curvo, donde se separan los s\u00f3lidos de hasta 0,5 mm y se env\u00edan al dep\u00f3sito de s\u00f3lidos. Opcionalmente, los s\u00f3lidos pueden someterse a un prensado adicional antes de la incineraci\u00f3n. Las aguas residuales tamizadas se recogen en un dep\u00f3sito que sirve de reserva y, desde all\u00ed, se bombean al decantador para separar las part\u00edculas restantes mediante la fuerza centr\u00edfuga. Los s\u00f3lidos separados aqu\u00ed tambi\u00e9n se env\u00edan al dep\u00f3sito de s\u00f3lidos, desde donde todos los residuos de filtraci\u00f3n pueden valorizarse t\u00e9rmicamente en la planta de energ\u00eda sin dejar pr\u00e1cticamente residuos. Las aguas residuales pretratadas se recogen en el dep\u00f3sito de aguas claras y se preparan para la evaporaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element sustancias disueltas, pasan al evaporador de pel\u00edcula descendente dividido en dos secciones. Aqu\u00ed, las sustancias disueltas se concentran de un 1-2 % en peso a aproximadamente un 10 % en peso y se env\u00edan al concentrador final. Para calentar el evaporador de pel\u00edcula descendente, sus vapores se elevan a un nivel energ\u00e9tico superior en el compresor de vapores; adem\u00e1s, el vapor generado en el concentrador final calienta el evaporador de pel\u00edcula descendente. Para aprovechar este modo de funcionamiento energ\u00e9ticamente optimizado, es necesario un funcionamiento continuo de la planta, ya que cada puesta en marcha debe realizarse con un mayor suministro de vapor de proceso.<\/p><p>En el concentrador final, que consiste en un evaporador de circulaci\u00f3n forzada con un intercambiador de calor de tubos redondos integrado, se alcanza la concentraci\u00f3n deseada de sustancias disueltas, del 20 al 30 % en peso. Este concentrado final tambi\u00e9n se env\u00eda a la planta de energ\u00eda para su aprovechamiento t\u00e9rmico.<\/p><p>El condensado de vapor resultante del evaporador de pel\u00edcula descendente se reutiliza en la generaci\u00f3n de vapor de proceso.
