competencia por el agua como recurso aumente significativamente en las pr\u00f3ximas d\u00e9cadas y que, por tanto, los esfuerzos para conservar el agua dulce son cada vez m\u00e1s importantes, el tratamiento de las aguas residuales en la industria de los materiales de madera es cada vez m\u00e1s importante. Las plantas de tratamiento de aguas residuales de SCHRADER son, por tanto, la soluci\u00f3n \u00f3ptima desde el punto de vista ecol\u00f3gico y econ\u00f3mico para las normativas cada vez m\u00e1s estrictas de todo el mundo (por ejemplo, la Directiva Marco del Agua): Trabajan sin generar residuos, ya que el residuo de una etapa del proceso es la entrada de otra etapa del proceso, incluso si los procesos individuales est\u00e1n separados en el tiempo o el espacio.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-01127d9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-menu-anchor\" data-id=\"01127d9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"menu-anchor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-menu-anchor\" id=\"limpiezaprevia\"><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-20be1af elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"20be1af\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Limpieza mec\u00e1nica previa<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-538ef7e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"538ef7e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>En la limpieza mec\u00e1nico previa se separan las aguas residuales de los componentes s\u00f3lidos para proteger la planta de evaporaci\u00f3n de obstrucciones, dep\u00f3sitos y abrasi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La limpieza mec\u00e1nica previa consta de dos etapas de limpieza conectadas en serie: el tamiz curvo para los s\u00f3lidos gruesos y la centrifugadora decantadora para los s\u00f3lidos finos. El agua de la madera, junto con otras aguas residuales de la producci\u00f3n, se pasa por el tamiz curvo para separar las part\u00edculas &gt; 3\u00a0mm y alimentar el almac\u00e9n de s\u00f3lidos. Opcionalmente, los s\u00f3lidos pueden ser prensados en un separador FAN. Las aguas residuales tamizadas se recogen en un tanque utilizado como tamp\u00f3n y se bombean desde all\u00ed al decantador para separar los s\u00f3lidos m\u00e1s finos &gt; 1\u00a0mm por la fuerza centr\u00edfuga. Los s\u00f3lidos que se separan aqu\u00ed tambi\u00e9n se introducen en el almac\u00e9n de s\u00f3lidos, desde donde todos los residuos de los filtros se introducen en la planta de energ\u00eda para su utilizaci\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica y se incineran sin dejar residuos.
