data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Como proveedor de equipos farmac\u00e9uticos y de procesamiento de alimentos, SCHRADER ofrece apoyo para todas las tareas de cualificaci\u00f3n necesarias.<\/p>\n<p>El proceso de cualificaci\u00f3n se lleva a cabo de acuerdo con las normas establecidas en el punto 3 del anexo 15 de la Directiva GMP 2003\/94\/CE de la UE, y los documentos resultantes se presentan al cliente para que los revise y apruebe antes de la correspondiente fase del proceso. El proceso sigue el modelo V descrito en el plan de cualificaci\u00f3n interno de SCHRADER.<\/p>\n<p>En primer lugar, los requisitos del cliente se formulan en la Especificaci\u00f3n de Requisitos del Usuario (User Requirement Specification, URS). Tras recibir estas especificaciones, SCHRADER las utiliza para crear una especificaci\u00f3n de requisitos en la que se comprueba la viabilidad y la aplicaci\u00f3n de los mismos y se comentan. Esta especificaci\u00f3n sirve de base para todos los pasos posteriores.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez adjudicado el contrato, se definen detalladamente las especificaciones t\u00e9cnicas y se lleva a cabo la evaluaci\u00f3n de riesgos de acuerdo con el plan de cualificaci\u00f3n. La evaluaci\u00f3n de riesgos adopta la forma de un an\u00e1lisis modal de fallos y efectos (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, FMEA). En el an\u00e1lisis modal de fallos y efectos (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, FMEA) se identifican y eval\u00faan todos los riesgos relacionados con la planta en lo que respecta a la calidad del producto, con el fin de derivar las medidas apropiadas para garantizar una alta calidad constante del
