penting.<\/p><p>Instalasi pengolahan air limbah dari SCHRADER merupakan solusi optimal secara ekologis dan ekonomis untuk memenuhi peraturan yang semakin ketat di seluruh dunia (misalnya, Direktif Kerangka Kerja Air): Instalasi ini memungkinkan pengolahan air limbah yang sepenuhnya otomatis, karena produk yang dihasilkan dari satu tahap proses dapat digunakan sebagai bahan baku untuk tahap data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Dalam proses pembersihan awal mekanis, air limbah dipisahkan dari partikel padatnya untuk melindungi instalasi penguapan dari penyumbatan dan abrasi serta meminimalkan penumpukan kotoran.<\/p><p>Pembersihan awal mekanis terdiri dari dua tahap pembersihan yang disusun secara berurutan: saringan lengkung untuk partikel kasar dan sentrifugal decanter untuk partikel halus. Air dari kayu dialirkan bersama air limbah produksi lainnya melalui saringan lengkung untuk memisahkan partikel padat hingga 0,5 mm dan mengalirkannya ke tempat penyimpanan partikel padat. Secara opsional, partikel padat dapat diperas lebih lanjut sebelum pembakaran. Limbah cair yang telah disaring ditampung dalam tangki yang berfungsi sebagai penampung sementara dan dipompa ke dekantir untuk memisahkan partikel sisa melalui gaya sentrifugal. Bahan padat yang dipisahkan di sini juga dialirkan ke tempat penyimpanan bahan padat, dari mana semua residu filter dapat dimanfaatkan secara termal di pembangkit listrik hampir tanpa sisa. Air limbah yang telah disaring sebelumnya ditampung dalam tangki penampung air jernih dan disiapkan untuk proses penguapan.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
