evapora\u00e7\u00e3o se refere ao aquecimento de uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o qu\u00edmica com o objetivo de concentrar a fase menos vol\u00e1til por meio da evapora\u00e7\u00e3o da fase mais vol\u00e1til. Os sistemas de evapora\u00e7\u00e3o da SCHRADER engrossam (concentram) o extrato dissolvido at\u00e9 o valor (teor de mat\u00e9ria seca) exigido pelo cliente. A evapora\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 frequentemente combinada com a destila\u00e7\u00e3o. Para essa finalidade, a fase mais vol\u00e1til \u00e9 condensada ap\u00f3s a evapora\u00e7\u00e3o e o condensado ou destilado tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 recuperado.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div Com a recupera\u00e7\u00e3o, por exemplo, do etanol ap\u00f3s a extra\u00e7\u00e3o da baunilha, a maior parte do etanol se acumula na fase mais vol\u00e1til, que pode ent\u00e3o ser tratada posteriormente na retifica\u00e7\u00e3o. A fase menos vol\u00e1til cont\u00e9m o extrato de baunilha para o cliente e apenas uma pequena quantidade de
