destila\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 um processo t\u00e9rmico usado para separar misturas l\u00edquidas. Isso n\u00e3o resulta em uma separa\u00e7\u00e3o completa, mas apenas em duas misturas com componentes predominantemente mais vol\u00e1teis ou menos vol\u00e1teis. Na fase de vapor, os componentes mais vol\u00e1teis se acumulam e s\u00e3o separados e condensados (destilados). frutas. A destila\u00e7\u00e3o aumenta o teor alco\u00f3lico para o valor especificado pelo cliente. A parte mais vol\u00e1til \u00e9 chamada de destilado, pois cont\u00e9m os componentes arom\u00e1ticos da fruta que est\u00e3o ligados ao solvente alco\u00f3lico. Esse destilado \u00e9 o produto para o cliente.&nbsp; A parte menos vol\u00e1til \u00e9 uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o aquosa com baixo teor alco\u00f3lico e fra\u00e7\u00f5es arom\u00e1ticas que \u00e9 descartada na maioria dos
