import\u00e2ncia crescente na ind\u00fastria de pain\u00e9is \u00e0 base de madeira.<\/p><p>A esta\u00e7\u00e3o de tratamento de \u00e1guas residuais da SCHRADER representa a solu\u00e7\u00e3o ideal do ponto de vista ecol\u00f3gico e econ\u00f4mico para as regulamenta\u00e7\u00f5es cada vez mais rigorosas em todo o mundo (por exemplo, a Diretiva-Quadro da \u00c1gua). O sistema possibilita o tratamento totalmente automatizado das \u00e1guas residuais, uma vez que os produtos gerados em uma etapa do processo servem como insumos para outra etapa do processo, mesmo que os processos individuais ocorram de forma separada no tempo ou no espa\u00e7o.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-01127d9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-menu-anchor\" data-id=\"01127d9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"menu-anchor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-menu-anchor\" id=\"Pr-limpeza\"><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-20be1af elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"20be1af\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Pr\u00e9-tratamento mec\u00e2nica<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-538ef7e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"538ef7e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>No pr\u00e9-tratamento mec\u00e2nico, as \u00e1guas residuais s\u00e3o separadas dos componentes s\u00f3lidos, a fim de proteger o sistema de evapora\u00e7\u00e3o contra entupimentos e abras\u00e3o e minimizar o fouling.<\/p><p>O pr\u00e9-tratamento mec\u00e2nico \u00e9 composto por duas etapas de limpeza conectadas em s\u00e9rie: a peneira curva para part\u00edculas grossas e a centr\u00edfuga decantadora para part\u00edculas finas. A \u00e1gua proveniente da madeira \u00e9 conduzida, juntamente com outros efluentes de produ\u00e7\u00e3o, pela peneira curva, onde s\u00f3lidos de at\u00e9 0,5 mm s\u00e3o separados e encaminhados para o armazenamento de s\u00f3lidos. Opcionalmente, os s\u00f3lidos podem ser ainda mais desaguados antes da combust\u00e3o.<\/p><p>O efluente peneirado \u00e9 coletado em um tanque utilizado como buffer e, a partir da\u00ed, bombeado para a centr\u00edfuga decantadora, onde as part\u00edculas remanescentes s\u00e3o separadas por for\u00e7a centr\u00edfuga. Os s\u00f3lidos separados nessa etapa tamb\u00e9m s\u00e3o encaminhados para o armazenamento de s\u00f3lidos, de onde todos os res\u00edduos de filtra\u00e7\u00e3o podem ser aproveitados termicamente na planta de energia, praticamente sem res\u00edduos. Nesse equipamento, as subst\u00e2ncias dissolvidas s\u00e3o concentradas de 1\u20132% em massa para aproximadamente 10% em massa e encaminhadas ao concentrador final.<\/p><p>Para o aquecimento do evaporador de filme descendente, os vapores gerados s\u00e3o elevados a um n\u00edvel energ\u00e9tico superior por meio de um compressor de vapor; adicionalmente, o vapor gerado no concentrador final aquece o evaporador de filme descendente. Para utilizar esse modo de opera\u00e7\u00e3o energeticamente otimizado, \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria a opera\u00e7\u00e3o cont\u00ednua da planta, uma vez que cada partida requer um fornecimento aumentado de vapor de processo.<\/p><p>No concentrador final, que consiste em um evaporador de circula\u00e7\u00e3o for\u00e7ada com trocador de calor de tubos integrado, \u00e9 atingida a concentra\u00e7\u00e3o desejada das subst\u00e2ncias dissolvidas, entre 20 e 30% em massa. Esse concentrado final tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 encaminhado para a planta de energia para aproveitamento t\u00e9rmico.<\/p><p>O condensado de vapor gerado no evaporador de filme descendente \u00e9 reutilizado na gera\u00e7\u00e3o de vapor de processo.
