data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Die Rektifikation ist eine erweiterte Form der Destillation bzw. eine Hintereinanderschaltung vieler Destillationsschritte. Durch mehrfache Wiederholung des Destillationsvorgangs erh\u00f6ht sich in jedem neuen Destillat der Gehalt an leichter fl\u00fcchtigen Komponenten bis hin zur vollst\u00e4ndigen Trennung des Fl\u00fcssigkeitsgemisches. Vorteil der Rektifikation ist, dass das eingesetzte L\u00f6sungsmittel fast vollst\u00e4ndig zur\u00fcckgewonnen und erneut in der Extraktionsanlage verwendet werden kann.<\/p><p>In der Praxis wird die Rektifikation (auch Gegenstromdestillation genannt) in einer Kolonne durchgef\u00fchrt. Das zu trennende Fl\u00fcssigkeitsgemisch wird im Sumpf der Kolonne zum Sieden gebracht. Der dadurch entstehende Dampf steigt in der Kolonne aufw\u00e4rts, verl\u00e4sst sie am Kopf, verfl\u00fcssigt sich im nachgeschalteten Kondensator und wird abgef\u00fchrt. Der w\u00e4hrend des Aufsteigens in der Kolonne kondensierende Anteil flie\u00dft als fl\u00fcssige Gegenphase wieder abw\u00e4rts. Der schwerer siedende Anteil wird kontinuierlich aus dem Sumpf abgezogen und entsorgt.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ef31ece elementor-widget gegen\u00fcber der Hintereinanderschaltung von Einzeldestillationen liegen im reduzierten Energieverbrauch, geringerem technischen Aufwand und verminderten Das z.B. in der Vanilleextraktion eingesetzte Ethanol kann in der SCHRADER Rektifikationsanlage bis zu einer Reinheit von 96% wieder aufgearbeitet und damit erneut in der Extraktionsanlage eingesetzt
