Umweltschutz betreiben. Wir verstehen Umweltschutz insbesondere als Schutz der Gesundheit und den Erhalt unserer \u00f6kologischen Lebensgrundlagen f\u00fcr unsere und zuk\u00fcnftige Generationen.<\/p><p>Unsere Grunds\u00e4tze zur Umweltpolitik haben wir daher in dieser Umweltleitlinie, bestehend aus sechs Grunds\u00e4tzen, zusammengefasst. Sie bilden die Grundlage f\u00fcr unser Umweltmanagementsystem. Die Umweltleitlinie ist f\u00fcr alle Mitarbeiter der Schrader-Gruppe bindend und wird regelm\u00e4\u00dfig auf ihre Aktualit\u00e4t und Wirksamkeit hin \u00fcberpr\u00fcft.\u00a0<\/p><h2>Unternehmerische Verantwortung<\/h2><p>Die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften, sei es im Umwelt- oder Arbeitsschutz, ist f\u00fcr uns selbstverst\u00e4ndlich. Dazu geh\u00f6rt auch u.a. das Betreiben der Anlagen entsprechend den genehmigungspflichtigen Auflagen. Um dies zu gew\u00e4hrleisten, \u00fcberwachen wir die Prozesse sowie die Umsetzung aktuellster rechtlicher Vorschriften in unserem Unternehmen.<\/p><h2>Aufkl\u00e4rung und Sensibilisierung der Mitarbeiter<\/h2><p>Die Sorge f\u00fcr die Umwelt obliegt allen Mitarbeitern in unserem Unternehmen. Wir fordern alle Mitarbeiter auf, an ihren Arbeitspl\u00e4tzen eigenverantwortlich und aktiv Umweltschutz zu praktizieren. Um dies zu f\u00f6rdern, sensibilisieren und informieren wir konsequent unsere Mitarbeiter dahingehend, dass sie im Sinne der Umweltpolitik t\u00e4tig sind und die Umweltschutz-Ma\u00dfnahmen aktiv unterst\u00fctzen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p><h2>Reduzierung der Umweltbelastungen<\/h2><p>Ma\u00dfnahmen zur Reduzierung von Umweltbelastungen hinsichtlich unserer Produkte und Prozesse setzen wir &#8211; im Rahmen wirtschaftlicher M\u00f6glichkeiten und \u00fcber die gesetzlichen Bestimmungen hinaus &#8211; um. Selbstverst\u00e4ndlich ber\u00fccksichtigen wir hierbei auch die Anforderungen und Interessen unserer Kunden, Lieferanten sowie der Gesellschaften.<\/p><h2>Ressourcenschonung<\/h2><p>Die effiziente Nutzung von Energie und Material ist f\u00fcr uns nicht nur ein Wirtschaftlichkeitsfaktor sondern Teil unseres Umweltmanagements. Die Effizienz sowohl beim Einsatz von Hilfsmedien wie Wasser oder Strom als auch der verarbeiteten Rohstoffe ist f\u00fcr uns ein wesentlicher Beitrag zur Vermeidung von Umweltbelastungen.<\/p><h2>Verbesserungspotenziale aufdecken und realisieren<\/h2><p>Die Umweltleitlinie der Schrader-Gruppe wird von der Gesch\u00e4ftsleitung festgelegt und im Hinblick auf die Umsetzung benannter Umweltziele regelm\u00e4\u00dfig \u00fcberpr\u00fcft. Dies gibt uns Aufschluss \u00fcber die Erf\u00fcllung der Ziele sowie der erfolgreichen Umsetzung von Umweltprogrammen.
