Ziel, die schwerer fl\u00fcchtige Phase aufzukonzentrieren, indem die leichter fl\u00fcchtige Phase verdampft. SCHRADER Eindampfungsanlagen dicken den gel\u00f6sten Extrakt auf den vom Kunden gew\u00fcnschten Wert (TS-Gehalt) ein (konzentrieren). H\u00e4ufig kombiniert man die Eindampfung mit der Destillation, dazu kondensiert man die leichter fl\u00fcchtige Phase nach dem Verdampfen und gewinnt zus\u00e4tzlich das Kondensat bzw. abzutrennen. Bei der R\u00fcckgewinnung von z.B. Ethanol nach der Vanilleextraktion sammelt sich in der leichter fl\u00fcchtigen Phase der Gro\u00dfteil des Ethanols, welches in der Rektifikation weiter behandelt werden kann. Die schwerer fl\u00fcchtige Phase enth\u00e4lt den Vanilleextrakt f\u00fcr den Kunden und nur noch einen sehr geringen Anteil
