Umgang mit Frischwasser gewinnt die Abwasseraufbereitung in der Holzwerkstoffindustrie zunehmend an Bedeutung.<\/p><p>Die\u00a0Abwasseraufbereitungsanlage von SCHRADER ist daher \u00f6kologisch und \u00f6konomisch die optimale L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr die weltweit strenger werdenden Vorschriften (z.B. Wasserrahmenrichtlinie):<\/p><p><span data-teams=\"true\">Die Anlage erm\u00f6glicht eine vollautomatisierte Behandlung des Abwassers, da die anfallenden Produkte einer Prozessstufe als Einsatzstoff f\u00fcr eine andere Prozessstufe dienen, auch wenn die einzelnen Prozesse zeitlich oder r\u00e4umlich getrennt ablaufen.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9772d24 elementor-widget elementor-widget-menu-anchor\" data-id=\"9772d24\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"menu-anchor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-menu-anchor\" id=\"vorreinigung\"><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0d2be78 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"0d2be78\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Mechanische Vorreinigung<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9a7d0fe elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9a7d0fe\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>In der mechanischen Vorreinigung wird das Abwasser von den festen Bestandteilen getrennt, um die Eindampfungsanlage vor Verstopfungen und Abrasion zu sch\u00fctzen und das Fouling zu minimieren.<\/p><p>Die mechanische Vorreinigung besteht aus zwei hintereinander geschalteten Reinigungsstufen: Das Bogensieb f\u00fcr die groben und die Dekanterzentrifuge f\u00fcr die feinen Partikel. Das Wasser aus dem Holz wird mit anderen Produktionsabw\u00e4ssern \u00fcber das Bogensieb geleitet, um dort Feststoffe bis zu 5 mm abzutrennen und dem Feststofflager zuzuf\u00fchren. Optional k\u00f6nnen die Feststoffe vor der Verbrennung weiter abgepresst werden. Das gesiebte Abwasser wird in einem als Puffer genutzten Tank aufgefangen und von dort zum Dekanter gepumpt, um die restlichen Partikel durch Zentrifugalkraft abzutrennen.<\/p><p><span data-teams=\"true\">Die hier abgetrennten Feststoffe werden ebenfalls dem Feststofflager zugef\u00fchrt, von wo aus alle Filterr\u00fcckst\u00e4nde in der Energieanlage nahezu r\u00fcckstandslos thermisch verwertet werden k\u00f6nnen<\/span>. Das vorgereinigte Abwasser wird im Klarlaufbeh\u00e4lter aufgefangen und f\u00fcr die Eindampfung F\u00fcr die Beheizung des Fallfilmverdampfers werden dessen Br\u00fcden im Br\u00fcdenverdichter auf ein h\u00f6heres Energieniveau gehoben, zus\u00e4tzlich heizt der im Endkonzentrator entstehende Dampf den Fallfilmverdampfer. Um diese energetische optimierte Fahrweise zu nutzen, ist ein kontinuierlicher Anlagenbetrieb notwendig, da jedes Anfahren unter erh\u00f6hter Zufuhr von Prozessdampf erfolgen muss. \u00a0<\/p><p>Im Endkonzentrator, der aus einem Zwangsumlaufverdampfer mit integriertem Rundrohrw\u00e4rmetauscher besteht, wird die gew\u00fcnschte Konzentration der gel\u00f6sten Substanzen von 20 -30 Gew.-% erreicht.
