data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Als Extraktion bezeichnet man jedes Trennverfahren, bei dem mit Hilfe eines (festen, fl\u00fcssigen oder gasf\u00f6rmigen) L\u00f6sungsmittels eine oder mehrere Komponenten aus einem nat\u00fcrlichen Grundstoff, dem Extraktionsgut, herausgel\u00f6st werden. Den extrahierten Stoff bezeichnet man als Extrakt. Die zu extrahierenden Stoffe l\u00f6sen sich im L\u00f6sungsmittel besser als im Grundstoff, zus\u00e4tzlich erh\u00f6hen in der Regel Druck und Temperatur die L\u00f6slichkeit von Stoffen deutlich. SCHRADER setzt in der Extraktion haupts\u00e4chlich pflanzliche und tierische Grundstoffe, wie z.B. Vanille, S\u00fc\u00dfholz, Kurkuma oder Speck ein und als L\u00f6sungsmittel verschiedene Alkohol-Wassergemische.<\/p><p>In SCHRADER Extraktionsanlagen wird z.B. mit einem Ethanol-Wasser-Gemisch als L\u00f6sungsmittel ein Vanilleextrakt aus Vanilleschoten gewonnen. Dabei wird ein erw\u00e4rmtes Ethanol-Wasser-Gemisch \u00fcber eine bestimmte Zeit durch die Vanilleschoten zirkuliert, um die aromatischen Bestandteile der Vanille aufzunehmen. Der hierbei erzeugte Vanilleextrakt kann in nachgeschalteten SCHRADER Destillations- oder Eindampfungsanlagen weiter behandelt, das Ethanol in SCHRADER Rektifikationsanlagen zur\u00fcckgewonnen
