Fl\u00fcssigkeitsgemischen. Dabei kommt es nicht zur vollst\u00e4ndigen Trennung, sondern nur zur Trennung in zwei Gemische mit \u00fcberwiegend leichter fl\u00fcchtigen bzw. \u00fcberwiegend schwerer fl\u00fcchtigen Bestandteilen. In der Dampfphase reichern sich vermehrt die leichter fl\u00fcchtigen Bestandteile an, die abgetrennt und kondensiert werden (Destillat). In der Fl\u00fcssigphase verbleiben die \u00fcberwiegend schweren fl\u00fcchtigen Bestandteile.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a86f6d5 Durch die Destillation wird der Alkoholgehalt auf den vom Kunden vorgegebenen Wert erh\u00f6ht. Den leichter fl\u00fcchtigen Teil bezeichnet man als Destillat, es enth\u00e4lt die an das alkoholische L\u00f6sungsmittel gebundenen aromatischen Anteile der Fr\u00fcchte. Dieses Destillat ist das Produkt f\u00fcr den Kunden.\u00a0 Als schwerer fl\u00fcchtiger Teil bleibt eine w\u00e4ssrige L\u00f6sung mit geringen Alkohol- und Aromaanteilen zur\u00fcck, die in den
