b+m and Schrader reorganize ex-Eisenmann application technology

Following the acquisition of products and technology from Eisenmann Application Technology, b+m surface systems GmbH has reorganized the former Eisenmann portfolio together with Schrader Fluid Technology GmbH. The focus for both companies was on concentrating on their core business.

The core competencies of b+m are fully integrated turnkey paint lines and high-quality application systems for particularly demanding surfaces. Schrader is one of the leading suppliers of material supply systems in the area of bonding and sealing. Both companies have a strong presence in the automotive industry.

“By taking over the Eisenmann portfolio for high-viscosity supply systems, the technology and all property rights as of January 28, 2021, we will complement our product range for the conveying and control of high-viscosity materials and increase our own added value”, comments Schrader’s managing director Carsten Steiling, and concludes: “With this strategic decision, Schrader und b+m are strengthening their core business to drive future growth in an even more targeted and competitive manner.”

„b+m will be further strengthened in the field of paint and application, and we have found the ideal partner in Schrader for high-viscosity supply systems,” says Sebastian Merz, managing partner of b+m, adding: “The know-how and rights for paint and high-viscosity application will remain in our company. Support for customers abroad will continue to be provided by the international b+m network.”
