At SCHRADER Verfahrenstechnik GmbH, we have established a partnership with the German Institute of Food Technology (DIL) to offer our customers and development partners genuine added value. To this end, we have equipped the DIL with our pilot extraction plant, which will remain there even after the DIL Technology Days have concluded.
The benefit for our customers and development partners: A pilot-scale plant is now available at the DIL where they can conduct their own solid-liquid extraction trials. This means that initial feasibility testing, product development, and technical evaluation are brought closer together, creating a significantly better foundation for validation and subsequent scale-up.
In summary: DIL provides the research and development environment, SCHRADER Verfahrenstechnik GmbH brings its expertise in extraction technology and plant engineering, and customers contribute their individual ideas and products. Together, we are creating a platform in Quakenbrück where the topic of extraction can be not only discussed theoretically but also tested in practice.
