Pilot Plant: PEx

Compact experimental plant
with 50 or 100 l volume

The SCHRADER Pilot Extraction is designed as a compact experimental plant in pilot scale, both for the research and development of new processes as well for the production of small batches. The SCHRADER PEx is mounted on a stainless-steel frame, internally hard-wired and tested before shipping. On site, the SCHRADER PEx only has to be connected to the media supply and to the power supply via a CEE plug.

The following processes can be reproduced with the SCHRADER Pilot Extraction:

Valves are operated manually, whereby the operator being guided through the individual process steps via a menu. The visualization takes place via an ATEX tablet or, if desired, via an HMI panel.

Explosion-proof

The SCHRADER PEx complies with the ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU, whereby flammable liquids (class IIB T3) can also be used as solvents.

For the American market, the SCHRADER PEx is implemented according to the UL standard.
